For some, Sunday night’s Super Bowl might have been a snooze fest with neither offense being able to light up the scoreboard, but how can one not be thrilled for a classy champion like Peyton Manning to – likely – ride off into the sunset as a champion?

What I enjoy about the days leading up to the Super Bowl, and, all the post-game hoopla; is the display of fashion put forward by some of the NFL’s brightest stars. It’s a self-contained fashion show of high end style with impeccable sophistication.

This past Super Bowl, there was a twist to the pre-game ceremonies, as this game – being Super Bowl 50 – featured the previous games’ MVP’s.

Their collective fashion ensembles included an impressive array of colors and patterns featuring solid indigo blue, steel grey, plaid and window pane suits, double cash pockets, window pane sports coats, brown shoes, white pocket squares, white spread collar, pronounced check shirts, solid and neat geometric ties.
