3 Red Hot Tieless Looks for the Spring

Time to go Tieless!

By Janine Giorgenti
Let’s get one thing out of the way – I love ties. Why? Simple, because they add individual style to your suit and keep the power look.
Looking for a more casual look? Perhaps a power casual look?
Go tieless!
For a trendy suited up power casual look, there are occasions where men can go tie-less.

These three looks are fashion forward and maintain their integrity without a tie.
Here’s the trick.
Wear a modern fitting suit in a fashionable color. The suit must be well-fitting in a contemporary style and look cool. Otherwise, you will look ‘unfinished’ and down right sloppy.
Three Tieless Looks to Consider
Suit 1

Teal is trending with peak lapels worn with a teal checked shirt.
Suit 2
unnamed (73)
Indigo is still a strong suit color. Worn here with a double ticket pocket, with a light blue shirt (with contrasting indigo buttons), and a diamond shaped pocket square.
Suit 3

unnamed (74)
Silvery grey is the new suit color for 2017. To keep it stylish, wear with a white or blue shirt. Here it’s accented with an orange pocket square and orange watch band.
